Refund Policy – Proflect

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in resaleable condition, and in the original packaging.

Please contact us for returns. Client will arrange return delivery.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If Proflect arranges return delivery through our courier partners, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot process returns without proof of delivery.

Items purchased from Proflect cannot be returned to any retailers.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Lost or Damaged Parcels / Parcels Not Delivered

Lost in Transit

If a parcel is lost in transit, Proflect  then customer will contact the shipping company and advise us.

If the parcel is deemed lost, the receiver must wait until the shipping company confirms compensation before a replacement item or refund can be issued. This confirmation may include the parcel being located and returned or financial reimbursement from the shipping company. This is customers responsibility.

Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, Proflect  will not claim any guarantee or warranty for the alternate product. Customer to deal with their courier company.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, customer to deal with their courier company.

If proof of delivery is provided, Proflect is not responsible for stolen or missing packages. Responsibility transfers once the parcel is sent with the correct courier service.

If there is no proof of delivery, Proflect will not compensate.
